Charted on April 24, 1928, the Frackville Rotary Club held its 60th Anniversary in May of 1988. During the past two and one-half decades the Club has conducted its meetings at the Heritage House, now the site of the B.R. Grumpy Mini Mart, Altamont Boulevard, Roman's Restaurant, the Dutch Kitchen, Granny's Restaurant and now the Cracker Barrel.

It continues to serve the community by sponsoring its Little League team, Red Cross Bloodmobile drives, Omega Health Scans, local scholarships, the Frackville Memorial Day Parade and Program, golf tournaments, its Student-Of-The-Month programs and many other civic programs.

Rotary International was founded on February 23, 1905 in Chicago, Illinois by Attorney Paul Harris. Today there are 1,200,000 Rotarians in l62 countries and 30,000 local Rotary clubs.

Rotary Flag Sale Till Sell Out Flags can be purchased by any Rotary Member for $25.00 a piece.
Flags are similar in nature to the "Frackville 125th Anniversery" Flags sold last year. The flag has a small heart in the center colored as a flag (red, white, blue), with "God Bless America, Frackville, PA" on them.
Proceeds benefit Community Youth Day

Several area businesses & services will have displays and free giveaways! Rotary will conduct their annual jewelry sale as well.
Longaber Basket & Pampered Chef Chinese Auction will run in conjunction with Woman's Day, tickets are $20.00, Auction begins at 4 p.m.
